Race the Easter Bunny at Cologne’s Easter Run
If running is your thing, embark on an active Easter Saturday in the heart of Cologne at the ‘Osterlauf’. It is the perfect chance to get the heart racing and burn off those Easter treats. The course takes you on a beautiful loop of the city forest with a 5k, 10k, 15k or even a half marathon option. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to take it easy, there’s an untimed 1.3k charity run.

It’s a place that’s sure to awaken the senses with 50 stalls offering a wide array of gifts, decorations and culinary specialities alongside entertainment such as stilt walkers, live music, kids activities and even a special appearance from the Easter Bunny. There’s something for everyone at Wiesban's Easter market set to take place from 24 to 26 March 2023.

The idea behind the traditional Easter bonfires is to say goodbye to the cold season and hello to spring. On Easter Saturday (8 April), Hamburg’s Easter bonfires create a unique atmosphere and attract visitors from all over the world. Our tip: take a boat trip on the Elbe River to get a great view of the blazing bonfire action from the water. A number of operators offer tours and usually depart in the evening.
These five towns and cities have more in common than just good Easter entertainment: each are home to an Adina Hotel. And since our Adina Hotels are always in very central locations, they make the perfect base for exploring this Easter. Take a look around, we’ve got some excellent offers for you.
