Please be advised of an important update in the fight against Covid 19 in Auckland. In keeping with the Covid-19 Protection Framework put forth by the New Zealand Government, as of 16 December 2021 our hotel will only accept fully vaccinated guests, and you will be required to scan your Vaccine Pass when you check in with us.

In addition, all hotel team members and all contractors working on the hotel premises must also be fully vaccinated to protect against the virus.

Check-in requirements

  • - On arrival you must present a proof of your full vaccination OR proof of your Corona recovery.
  • - All guests over the age of 6 must wear a medical mask in the entire hotel.
  • - The 2-G+ rule applies in indoor catering. In addition to the 2-G condition, access is only possible with a negative test result for the day or with proof of a booster vaccination. Furthermore, the mask requirement and the distance rules apply.
  • - Events in closed rooms with more than ten persons may only take place under 2-G+ conditions.
  • - In the business sector, a negative test result is required for each face-to-face event.
  • - Registration via the Luca app is required when entering the conference areas and the restaurant.
  • - Our fitness and spa area is open at the Adina Checkpoint Charlie, as well as the fitness area at the Adina Berlin Mitte.

  • - Upon arrival, you must present proof of your full vaccination or proof of recovery within the period of 2 weeks to 6 months or a negative PCR / Antigen test result.
  • - To enter our restaurant all guests at age 15 or older must present a valid corona pass (proof of final vaccination, recovery in the period 2 weeks – 6 months ago or negative PCR test no older than 72 hours or antigen test no older than 48 hours
  • - Our restaurant is open for breakfast but closed for lunch & dinner due to the current Covid situation.
  • - In the entire hotel area, the wearing of a medical mask is compulsory for all guests over 15 years of age.
  • - Our fitness area and pool are available as usual.

Check-in requirements

  • - On arrival, private travellers must show proof of your full vaccination OR proof of your Corona recovery.
  • - Business travellers must provide identification under the 3G rule. (Present convalescent, vaccinated o. rapid antigen test, not older than 24 hours or a PCR test, not older than 48 hours).
  • - Guests who are not vaccinated or convalescent must show a new certified test at reception every day. You will find the appropriate testing facilities here.
  • - The 2-G rule applies in the restaurant for hotel guests. Guests who can only show a negative test are not allowed to take part in the breakfast buffet and cannot be hosted in our restaurant.
  • - In the entire hotel area, the wearing of a medical of FFP2- mask is compulsory for all guests over 6 years of age.
  • - Our fitness, spa and pool area are available for our guests in compliance with the current regulations (currently only with 2-G+-rule – vaccinated or recovered, with negative test)

Entry from a risk area / high incidence area / virus variant area

  • - Every guest entering from a high-risk area / virus variant area must register in advance at www.einreiseanmeldung.de
  • - For all people, older than 12 years of age, entering Germany applies the 3-G-rule and must be able to show proof of a negative test result, vaccination or recovery.
  •  - A quarantine period of 10 days applies to people entering from high-risk (Reduction from entry with proof of vaccination or recovery). A quarantine period of 14 days applies to those entering from a virus variant area.
  • - Travelers from a high-risk area have the opportunity to test themselves freely on the 5th day after entry at the earliest.
  • - Travelers from a virus variant are must not reduce their quarantine period.

Check-in requirements

  • - Upon arrival, you must meet at least the 2G (Vaccinated or Recovered) requirement.

Attention: However, if a county is classified as a "hotspot", stricter rules apply.

Tourist travellers must then:

  • - Present 2-G Plus proof, as well as a negative test certificate upon arrival. The rapid antigen test must not be older than 24 hours and the PCR test not older than 48 hours. You can find the corresponding test options here.

Business travellers or travellers for necessary reasons must:

  • - Either be double vaccinated OR recovered OR tested negative (3G). This proof must be provided daily and only entitles you to stay in your own hotel room. The use of common hotel areas (restaurant, breakfast room, fitness rooms, etc.) is prohibited.
  • - All common facilities in the hotel are only accessible to guests who fulfil 2G Plus. This applies in particular to the breakfast room, the hotel restaurant and bar.
  • - In the public hotel area, the wearing of a medical mask is compulsory for all guests over 6 years of age.
  • - Currently, our pool and sauna area at the Adina Frankfurt neue Oper is closed. In the Adina Frankfurt Westend, the fitness area can be used under the 2G+ rule.

Entry from a risk area / high incidence area / virus variant area

  • - Please check the respective websites of the German government and the federal government of Hessia for the latest policies and laws.

Please note that as of 10.01.2022 in Hamburg, the 2-G+ rule is mandatory for all accommodation establishments (till the 2-G).

Check-in requirements

  • Upon arrival, you must proof of your full vaccination OR proof of your Corona recovery AND also provide a daily negative test (certified test from the testing center) OR a booster vaccination that has been given.

Exception:

  • - Children and teenagers under the age of 16 may take 2-G offers without prior testing as they are regularly tested at school.
  • - People who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons may also take advantage of 2-G offers. However, they must bring the original medical confirmation letter and proof of a negative test result.
  • - All guests over the age of 6 must wear a FFP2 mask in the entire hotel.
  • - Our fitness and wellness area as well as our sauna are available under 2-G+ rule.
  • - In gastronomic areas (restaurant, breakfast room, bar) the 2-G+ rules are obligatory from 10.01.2022 (till then 2-G). In case there is no booster vaccination, in additional official test is required.

As of 14.01., overnight stays, tourist and non-tourist, in hotels and holiday flats in Saxony are possible under the 2-G model.

Check-in requirements

  • - Upon arrival, you will need to show proof of your full vaccination OR proof of your Corona recovery.
  • - Wearing a medical mask is compulsory throughout the hotel for all guests over 15 years of age.
  • - Contact registration via a registration form is required upon check-in to the hotel.
  •  - Access to the gastronomy from 6:00 to 22:00. The 2-G Plus model applies in the indoor catering areas. In the outdoor areas, the 2-G rule applies. With 2-G Plus, only vaccinated and recovered people who can also show a negative daily test will be admitted. People who have received a booster vaccination do not need a test. In addition, people who are under 18 years of age or have only recovered three months ago or have been vaccinated twice do not need a test.
  • - Furthermore, the observance of the distance rules applies in the entire hotel area.
  • - Baths and saunas may open using the 2G Plus concept. Steam saunas are not allowed to open. Contact registration is required.

As the hospital traffic light system is currently RED, the 2G rule applies in hotels and restaurants throughout Bavaria.

Check-in requirements

  • - On arrival, you must show proof of your full vaccination OR proof of your Corona recovery.
  • - This applies to all persons over 12 years of age.
  • - Wearing a FFP2 mask is mandatory throughout the hotel for all guests over the age of 12.
  • - Our fitness area, pool and sauna are available for use as usual.

 

Entry from a risk area / high incidence area / virus variant area

  • - Every guest entering from a high-risk area / virus variant area must register in advance at www.einreiseanmeldung.de
  • - A quarantine period of 10 days applies to people entering from high-risk. A quarantine period of 14 days applies to those entering from a virus variant area.
  • - Ending quarantine: Quarantine at home after entering from a high-risk area may be ended early if proof of recovery, proof of vaccination or a negative test result is submitted via upload portal of the digital registration on entry at https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de.  Quarantine can be ended in each case from the time the negative test result is submitted. If you spent time in a high-risk area prior to entry, the relevant test may not be conducted earlier than five days after entry (test to release possible from day five following entry). Vaccinated and recovered persons can end the quarantine from the time when the proof of vaccination or recovery is transmitted via the entry portal. If the transmission takes place before entry (strongly recommended), no quarantine is needed.
  • - Following a stay in an area of variants of concern, the duration of the 14-day quarantine may not be shortened.
  • - All people entering from high-risk / virus variant areas are obliged to be tested for Covid-19 no more than 72 hours before entering Germany.

Check-in requirements

  • - Touristic travelers need to be fully immunized (fully vaccinated or recovered whith proof, see below
  • - Business travelers who are not immunized must present a rapid test/ a PCR test upon arrival and renew/ present it daily during a stay of several nights
  • - Children under 15 are exempted from this rule, for adolescents 16 years and older the documented school test is valid as proof of admission, alternatively the complete vaccination. Also exempted from this rule are recovered guests can prove the infection, which was not longer than 3 months ago, with a positive PCR test and a vaccination. For guests who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons due to a medical certificate and up to 6 weeks afterwards, a negative test, not older than 24h, is sufficient
  • - Access to the hotel restaurant is available to all hotel guests
  • - Masks are mandatory in all public areas, as well as for all conference guests during the conference
  • - Access to the pool, fitness and sauna is possible is only possible for immunized guests, who additionally need to present a negative test, not older than 24h
  • - Children under 15 are exempt from this rule, as well as guests who can show a booster vaccination (vaccination 3 of 3). A second vaccination after initial vaccination with Johnson & Johnson does not count as a booster in North Rhine Westfalia, only as an optimization vaccination.

Please note that in Austria the 2-G rule applies to the hotel industry nationwide.

The following requirements apply during the transition phase:

Check-in requirements

  • - On arrival you will need to provide a proof of your full vaccination OR proof of your Corona recovery (not older than 6 months).
  • - Persons who have been vaccinated with Johnson & Johnson must have a booster vaccination by 03.01.2022 in order to provide 2-G proof.
  • - Antibody tests are no longer valid.
  • - Persons with a 1st vaccination can check in with proof of vaccination and a negative PCR test during the transition period.
  • - Children aged 6-12 years need to provide a negative COVID test (PCR test not older than 72 hours or antigen test not older than 48 hours) OR proof of your full vaccination OR proof of your Corona recovery (not older than 6 months). Children under 6 years of age do not require proof.
  • - The tests must be renewed after expiry. Here you can find corresponding test offers in Vienna.
  • - Please note that an FFP2 mask must be worn in all indoor areas.
  • - Our fitness area, as well as pool and sauna are also available again.

Exceptions:

  • - Care of and assistance to persons in need of support.
  • - Professional reasons that cannot be postponed
  • - Satisfaction of an urgent housing need
